Q: How do I take a BioHarmony test?
A: Taking a BioHarmony test is easy and convenient! Simply follow these steps:
- Order your chosen kit online.
- Collect your saliva sample at home.
- Send your sample back to us in the pre-paid envelope provided.
- Receive your personalized report within two weeks.
Q: What if I threw away the box or damaged it while opening?
A: No problem! You can still return your sample using any box or envelope that doesn't exceed the Royal Mail Large Letter size (25cm x 35.3cm x 2.5cm). Just make sure to place your sample tube inside along with your filled-out Wellness Information Card, and affix the provided return label. Once that's done, you can pop it into any mailbox!

However, please note that refunds may not be possible if your sample has already been processed. Please refer to our Refund Policy, for full details. We recommend contacting us as early as possible in the process, as this will increase the likelihood of a full refund.
